About Rodeo town

Rodeo is a small town in the district of Iglesia, 196 km away from the north-west side of the San Juan Province. Is a magical site for its lunar landscape, contrasting colors, starry nights, it is surrounded by mountain and located at the foot of the Cordillera.
Rodeo is famous for its water reservoir and microclimate of strong and very strong winds throughout the year, an ideal combination for the practice of windsurfing. The lake is known as Cuesta del Viento and is 5 minutes from the cabins. Turquoise waters of the lake in combination with the wind that is increasing throughout the day offers the best conditions so you can navigate and enjoy up to fatigue. The place is suitable for all levels of learning this sport.

From Buenos Aires by plane:

The trip starts at the Jorge Newbery Airport, located in the northern side of Capital City. You can travel with the company Aerolineas Argentinas / Austral to San Juan.
